The management team at this hotel is outstanding, especially Emily. She consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality, making every stay a welcoming experience. Felishia is equally deserving of recognition for her friendly attitude and outstanding customer service. My husband and I travel to Cincinnati frequently for work, and we always choose this hotel because of its consistently excellent hospitality, clean and comfortable accommodations, and exceptional staff. The team goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for immaculate rooms, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Their commitment to excellence keeps us coming back time and time again.

Watch Out: We called the hotel directly for a price match. When we went to check out they charged us 350 per night vs the 143. The lady who took our reservation smirked and laughed and said she never price matches and said she would have told us to book online. She LIED to the manager. Also, we requested a rollout bed that was not available in our room when we arrived which the staff member lied to the manager, and she said we didn’t request the rollout. Roll out in the Price is the reason why we booked the room. It is nice hotel but too bad the STAFF is liars and looking to make money by Price gouging. Lastly the showers have no water pressure at all. The AC only goes down to 64 and the room does not cool off enough. They charge for complementary breakfast. There wise words were go ahead and write a review and mocked us on the way out.

We had a wonderful stay at The Well House. The hotel was amazingly clean and the decor was stylish. I was stunned by how well-appointed the rooms were. The tile, colors, wallpaper, and furnishings were 5-star. The location was perfect, too! Walking distance to great restaurants.

This hotel has been lovingly restored! I’m from the area but live out of state now. It’s wonderful to have somewhere so affordable, yet beautiful and clean to stay when I come “home” for visits. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and hospitable. Hilton-I’ve not always been a big fan, but you’ve won me over with The Well House.
